Jackson is a JUCO qualifier post player who made some great strides over her last couple years of high school. She’s a big body post player with good hands, solid footwork and the ability to step out and hit the 15 footer. Her iq and understanding of the post position is above average for a freshman post player. Her conditioning and ability to guard pick and roll is her biggest question mark. Jackson is an undersized 5 who doesn’t change ends well. So far in her young college career she is rebounding the ball well at 7.6 per game. She’s struggling vs length around the rim and some of the rebounds are her getting her own misses. She hasn’t played up to her standards thus far and is trending towards being a borderline D2 to low major prospect.
