Willis is an high energy PF who impacts winning. She changes ends very well. Despite being undersized, an elite rebounder who does it on both the defensive and offensive glass. Her mechanics are very good and will eventually be a very good threat from 3 with more reps and opportunities. Tough, competitive and competes on every possession. Currently a great mid major PF. If she could improve her guard skills or grow another 2 inches her stock goes up drastically. Holds MAC and Horizon offers as of now. One of the best rebounders in the country.
