Swainn is a long wiry point guard who mentally approaches the game like a pro. A left hander who can dribble, pass or finish with either hand. She has a deep repertoire of finishes and floaters in the paint. She thrives in pick and roll and in transition. Swainn is a gifted athlete and has a good feel for the game. One of the most mature point guards in her class. She also seems to still be growing in height. Swainn’s jumper is streaky. This is her biggest area of concern. Teams will go under pick and roll and she will need to be able to stretch the floor and keep people honest. Her shot has improved since last summer which is an encouraging sign. Swainn is in the conversation with Fisher for the top PG in the southeast in the 25’ class.
