Natural scoring instincts
Weaknesses / Areas for Improvement
Needs to improve overall strength to handle physical play

Must continue developing as a high-level pick-and-roll player
Overall Assessment
Riley Schellhamer is a skilled guard with good size, shooting ability, and a solid feel for the game. She is most effective when playing under control and utilizing her skill set in structured settings. While she shows natural scoring instincts, her development as a playmaker—particularly out of the pick-and-roll—will be key to expanding her impact at higher levels. Improving strength, handling physicality, and adding more shift and creativity off the dribble will help offset athletic limitations. She currently projects as a high mid-major prospect in the 2028 class, with the potential to rise as her all-around game continues to evolve.
