Osby is an undersized PF who is very productive in the scoring and rebounding columns. Her mid range game and ability abusing her opponent on the offensive glass are mostly how she scores. Her foot speed and footwork need a lot of work. She also needs to improve her shooting range. Her lateral quickness will be a question mark as well considering she wants to transition to the SF position. Recruited so far by A-10, Big East and 2 SEC offers. Osby looks more like a mismatch problem at the PF position than she will be an effective SF at the high major level.
