Holloway is a smooth guard who plays at her own pace. She’s got a strong frame and doesn’t mind contact. She has a good change of speed and hesitations that help her get from point a to point b. Her ability to get to the rim and knack for getting to the free throw line is how she scores most of her points. She is effective in pick and roll and usually is looking to score when coming off. Holloway needs to improve as a 3 point shooter. (Her mechanics are not bad and should be able to improve with small refinement) She also needs to become a little more sophisticated in pick and roll. The biggest adjustment Mila needs to make is with her sense of urgency. She is one of the most gifted guards on the east coast but tends to disappear at times. If Holloway can develop some killer instinct and play with a higher energy level, whoever gets her is going to get a steal in the 24 class.
