Hoblock is a versatile skilled big who can dribble, pass, and shoot. Her handle and change of direction moves are tough for bigs to stay in front of. She can hit the trail 3 and is a good passer and decision maker out of the high post or low post. She gets off the floor for rebounds and has a good feel for the game. A tad undersized for the PF position but has good frame that should help her be able to neutralize longer and more athletic PF’s. Her conditioning needs some work. She tends to take some plays off. Hoblock hasn’t really been exposed to high level competitive environments on a day to day basis. A poor man’s Tabitha Betson. All Mid majors should be recruiting Hoblock and some high majors as well.
