Garcia is a very intriguing prospect out of Venezuela. She is a flashy point guard with all the tools. Operates very well out of the pick and roll. She has a nice pull up against drop coverages and has shown the ability to shoot the three if defenders decide to go under. A very confident player who plays with a passion for the game that is fun to watch. She can get to the rim and finish with contact and has a serious layup package. She utilizes euro steps, double crossovers and hop steps to break down the defense. Defensively she competes and takes pride in getting stops. She plays at a high level in Venezuela but there will be an adjustment period at the collegiate level in the United States. If she can adjust to seeing more size at the rim and a language barrier she could be a name we hear about years from now.
