Fleary is a quick athletic guard who can get in the lane whenever she wants. Her ability to change directions and change speeds make her special. Her movements and fluidity with the ball and natural instincts are what you desire in a lead guard. She can attack in either direction and can finish off 1 or 2 feet. A capable 3pt shooter, but needs to improve her mechanics. She doesn’t have much rotation on her ball. Has the ability to set the table for her teammates as a lead guard and can run pick & roll. One of the top 3 PG prospects in the 26’ class.
