Eggena is a strong physical undersized post who plays with high energy. She gets big and posts hard. Her patience and footwork make her effective in the low post. Eggena understands the position and has a good feel for the game. On the glass she pursues the ball even if it's out of her area. Defensively she is average moving her feet laterally and will struggle guarding ball screens. More of a positional defender than a rim protector. A nice low-mid major prospect.
