Few possess the athletic ability of Edwards at the point guard position. Her vision and ability to attack with either hand makes her dangerous. When she makes up her mind to attack she will demand a secondary defender. Her willingness to be a passer and deliver passes with both hands on time and on target are impressive. She gets to the rim and has a nice floater. She thrives in the open floor with her long strides and ability to maneuver. She is a capable 3pt shooter and has solid mechanics but is a streaky shooter. Defensively she has an uncanny gift of being able to block or alter shots around the rim. We don’t have a lot more to evaluate on Edwards since most of the time in high school she is sitting in a 2-3 zone. Huge upside and 1 of the top 4-point guards in the state of Florida.
