Eads is an extremely shifty athletic guard who loves to play in high pick and roll. She is very good at playing north and south and gets into the lane at will. She’s learned the art of drawing fouls and gets to the line frequently. Her confidence and sense of urgency on the court are noticeable. Her instincts and feel for the game are very good but she still needs to learn how to be a pure point. Her ability to get down hill is her strength where she needs to develop a mid range game due to her size. She’s a streaky 3pt shooter and length will bother her at the next level if this doesn’t improve. How she develops in her ability to run pick and roll vs more sophisticated coverages could be the reason why she succeeds or doesn’t at the high major level. Eads is in the conversation with Turner, Schmitt, and Edwards for the top PG prospect in the sunshine state.
