Carlton is a long tough high energy 3 and D shooting guard. She can shoot the ball with range when her feet are set and she has time. She competes and has great confidence. Her handle is average and her frame needs to put on weight. Carlton needs to become a better shooter coming off screens as well as off the dribble. A low-major prospect currently. But has a niche if she can develop into a secondary ball handler.
