Cramer is a solid all around player. She can dribble, pass, and shoot. She’s a high IQ player who typically makes the right play. Her ability to pass off the dribble with either hand makes her a solid secondary ball handler and decision maker. She understands when to take the open jumper and when to attack a closeout. She does the little things on the defensive end as well. Cramer’s biggest knock is her individual defense. She isn’t nasty enough. She lets the offensive player get comfortable and doesn’t disrupt. Foot speed and athleticism is not her strength so she needs to make up for it with physicality and playing angles. Cramer improving defensively and quickening up just a little bit would make her a solid rotation player at the low major level.
