Cleante is a pure point guard who can run a team. She is a 2 way player who can defend and can guard wings as well. She takes care of the ball and plays within herself. She is a capable scorer but lets the game come to her due to having a ton of talent around her. She is very mature and has a good feel and understanding for the game and the point guard position. She knows how to control the flow and tempo. Cleante can initiate offense and manage the game. She’s a very good decision maker and has an impressive assist to turnover ratio. She has to improve as a shooter from 3. She doesn’t take many and depending on the game she can be streaky. Cleante is a battle tested point guard that doesn’t do anything spectacular but has played on the biggest stages FIBA has to offer. One of the top lead guards in Europe for her class.
