Chavez is a good size guard who can relieve the ball handling duties of the point guard. She can shoot the 3 and is a good decision maker in transition. She’s got a good feel for the game and is natural with the ball. Chavez needs to tighten up handle and lower her dribble. She needs to develop a mid range game. Her shooting mechanics can be tweaked as well. Chavez is a good athlete but she needs to take longer strides when driving or pushing the ball in transition. Low-mid major steal.
