Carr is a big body post player who knows how to play the position. In the low post she has a nice jump hook over her left shoulder to about 12 feet. Her IQ for the game is high and she is constantly communicating with her teammates. An adequate passer with pretty good hands. She is a good offensive rebounder but struggles on the defensive glass. Carr needs to work on finishing around the rim with her left hand. She also tends to look at the rim late when attempting shots which leads to her missing bunnies that she should make. Right now in traffic especially she reverts to using her right hand solely. She is very left shoulder dominant in the low post because of it. Defensively she is a positional defender more so than a rim protector. She will struggle guarding in space as well as in pick & roll. She is improving at changing ends but it is still an area for improvement. Carr could very well end up at a high major program due to her size and frame as well as a nice offensive package.
