Bourgarel is a floor general point guard who runs her team. She has a good handle and a good feel for the game. She scores most of her baskets in the pick and roll or in the open floor. Bourgarel understands the position and does a good job of initiating offense and getting her teammates involved. Her biggest question mark is whether or not she can keep the defense honest and make them respect her as a scorer. She is not a very good shooter and teams will go under screens and sag off and congest the paint. If Bourgarel can improve her shooting to be respectable she will be a borderline D2/low major prospect.
