Basualdo is a solid, well rounded basketball player with good size and strength at the 2/3 position. An average athlete with a good feel for the game and usually makes the right decision. She doesn’t make many mistakes and plays within herself. A streaky 3PT shooter who is also able to maneuver with the basketball. An adequate passer off the dribble who can see players on the weak side. Basualdo can be utilized as a secondary ball handler and is a capable pick & roll player. If she can go from a streaky 3PT shooter to a consistent shooter, Basualdo will become a legitimate prospect at the low-mid division 1 level.
