Akot is a long athletic 4 player who makes up for her lack of skill by playing with great energy. She has the tools to be a versatile defender that can guard multiple positions and fill the role of being a defensive stopper. She doesn’t mind contact and changes ends well. In the open floor she does have the capability of catching and direct line driving. Her ability to finish or being a threat offensively outside of 5 feet is where she is lacking. Her defense is way ahead of her offense. Akot can be a good diver in pick and roll as well as a rim runner. Her recruitment is ahead of schedule regardless of her lack of skill. Akot already holds a mid-major Division 1 offer.
